வணக்கம்,
இந்த சீர்மிகு பொதுக்குழுக்கூட்டத்திற்கு வருகை
தந்துள்ள அனைத்து உறுப்பினர்களுக்கும், என்னுடன் இணைந்து சிறப்பாக பணியாற்றி வரும்
தலைவர், பொருளாளர், இணை செயலாளர்கள், துணைத் தலைவர்கள், அமைப்பு செயலாளர்கள் மற்றும்
செயற்குழு உறுப்பினர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் இந்த மாலைப்பொழுதில் வணக்கத்தை தெரிவித்துக்கொண்டு
2013ம்
ஆண்டிற்கான ஆண்டிறிக்கையை சமர்ப்பிப்பதில் பெரும் மகிழ்ச்சியடைகிறேன்.
2012ம்
ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 16ம் தேதி நடைபெற்ற பொதுக்குழுக் கூட்டத்தில் என்னை செயலாளராக தேர்ந்தெடுத்ததிலிருந்து
இன்றுவரை நகர வளர்ச்சிப்பணியில் சிறப்பாக கவனத்துடன் செயல்பட்டு வந்துள்ளோம். அவற்றில்
சில:
1) 26.01.2013 அன்று
குடியரசு தின விழா சிறப்பாக நடத்தி பரிசுகள் வழங்கி சிறப்பித்துள்ளோம்.
2) பழுதடைந்த தெரு விளக்குகளை தொடர்ந்து பராமரித்து வந்துள்ளோம். மேலும், சுதர்சன பிரதான சாலையில் இரண்டு சோடியம்
விளக்குகளை பொறுத்தியுள்ளோம். இதற்காக உதவிபுரிந்த
தோழர் நரசிம்மன் அவர்களுக்கு நன்றியை தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறோம்.
3) குப்பைகளை தொடர்ந்து அகற்றியுள்ளோம்.
4) பூங்கா அருகே அறிவிப்பு பலகை அமைத்துள்ளோம். இதற்கு உதவி புரிந்த தோழர் கார்த்திகேயன் அவர்களுக்கு
நன்றியை தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறோம்.
5) சுதர்சனம் சாலையில் ரபீஸ் அடித்து சமன் செய்துள்ளோம்.
6) சாலையோரம் முட்செடிகளை அகற்றி, கால்வாய்களை தூர் வாரியுள்ளோம்.
7) நகரின் குடிநீர் பிரச்சனையை தீர்க்க 350 அடி ஆழ்கிணறு குழாய் அமைத்து
உள்ளோம்.
8) ஆகஸ்ட் 15ம் தேதி சுதந்திர தின விழா நடத்தி 2012-13ம் கல்வியாண்டில்
10 மற்றும் 12ம் வகுப்பில் சிறந்த மதிப்பெண் பெற்ற மாணவ மாணவியற்கு பரிசு கொடுத்து
சிறப்பித்துள்ளோம்.
9) லேஅவுட் போர்டு முதல் CTH சாலை வரையிலான பகுதியில் மின்விளக்கு
அமைத்து தந்துள்ளோம்.
10) நகர
மக்களின் வசதிக்காக ஆதார் அட்டை பதிவு செய்யும் மையம் நமது நகரிலேயே ஏற்படுத்தி தந்தோம்.
11) நமது
நகர் வழியாக பாண்டேஸ்வரம் முதல் ஆவடி வரை 33 KVA EB லைன் வர இருந்ததை தடுத்து மாற்று
பாதையில் கொண்டு செல்ல செய்துள்ளோம்.
12) 2014 தினசரி நாள்காட்டி (கேலண்டர் விணியோகித்தோம். நாள்காட்டி அச்சடிக்க நிதி உதவி அளித்த திரு பாரிவள்ளள்,
உரிமையாளர், J.S. Travels அவர்களுக்கு நன்றியை தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம்.

பூங்கா அருகே ஆழ்கிணறு ஒன்று அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
மேலும் ஒரு ஆழ்கிணறு நமது நகரில் அமைத்து
தர நகராட்சியிடம் நாடியுள்ளோம்.

சுதர்சன் சாலை உட்பட அனைத்து தெருக்களுக்கும்
ரப்பீஸ் அடித்து தெருக்களை சமன் செய்ய முயற்சி மேற்கொள்ளப்படும்
|
சுதர்சனம் பிரதான சாலையில் ரப்பீஸ் அடிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. மற்ற தெருக்களில் இப்பணி இந்த ஆண்டில் நிறைவேற்றப்படும்.

நமது நகரில் தபால் பெட்டி
|
தபால் பெட்டி வைக்க அவ்விடத்தில் குறைந்தபட்சம்
500 குடும்பங்கள் வாழ்ந்து வரவேண்டும் என தபால்த்துறை விளக்கம் அளித்துள்ளது.

பிற பணிகள்

தனியாருக்கு சொந்தமான பேருந்துளை சுதர்சனம் பிரதான சாலையில் இரவு நேரங்களில் நிறுத்தி
வைக்கப்ட்டதை எதிர்த்து போராடியதன் பயனாக அப்பேருந்துகள் இப்பொழுது நிறுத்தப்படுவதில்லை.

Dear Members of
TNRWA,
I feel elated to welcome all the
members, President, Treasurer, Vice Presidents, Jt. Secretaries, Organizing
Secretaries & Executive members to this Annual General Body Meeting. I am happy to present the 2013 annual report
in this forum.
From the day I was selected as
Secretary of TNRWA, this association has been rendering its best in development
of our nagar. A few of the activities
carried out during the year 2013 are listed below:
1)
Republic Day
2013 was celebrated in a grand manner and prizes were distributed to those
excelled in various sports activities.
2)
Ensured proper
working of the street lights. Two
numbers of new sodium lamps were fixed in our nagar. I take this opportunity to thank Shri
Narasimman who had extended financial support in procuring the sodium lamps.
3)
Ensured proper
disposal of garbage.
4)
A notice board
was fixed near Park. Thanks for the
support provided by Shri Karthikeyan.
5)
Action was taken
to fill-up the potholes and level the Sudarsanam main road.
6)
Shrubs grown on
both the sides of the roads were cleared and the stagnated ditches were
cleaned.
7)
To overcome the
drinking water problem, a borewell connection (350 ft. depth) has been made in
our nagar.
8)
In the
Independence Day celebrations held on 15th August 2013, students of
our nagar who had excelled in 10th and 12th standard
public examinations were honoured.
9)
New street
lights were fixed in the area between our nagar layout board and CTH main road.
10)
For the easy
convenience of the members, a centre for adhar card registration was created in
our nagar itself for one day.
11)
TNEB’s proposal
to route 33 KVA EB line from Avadi to Pandeswaram via our nagar was stopped and
diverted with the timely action taken by our association.
12)
2014 calendar
was issued to all the residents. I thank
Shri Parivallal, Proprietor, M/s. J.S. Travels for extending his support in
this task.

RESOLUTION
In the EC meeting held on
10.01.2014, it was decided to increase the 2014 subscription amount to Rs.400/-
per annum. All the members are requested
to kindly co-operate.

In the Annual General Body Meeting
held in 2013, a few issues pending for execution were notified. The present status of those issues is given
below:-

Action would
be taken to level all the streets.

Work in
Sudarsanam Main Road has been completed. Work in remaining streets would be
completed in this year.

A post box in
our nagar.
|
Postal authorities
have informed that post box facility can be extended to the area where there
are minimum 500 families living.
|
Other issues
|
On the strong
opposition expressed by this association, private buses which were parked in
Sudarsanam Main road at nights were evacuated once for all.
|
Arrangements
made for distribution of Town News, a free circulation.
