Dear Parent,

          It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that, starting from this year, students of Class X & XII (both CBSE and State) who have secured the highest marks in the recent board examinations would be facilitated on behalf of TNRWA.   The step, for the fist time, has been initiated with a vision to encourage the rising bud to exercise more and more and attain the ambitioned goal.   In this connection, we request you to kindly provide a photocopy of the mark statement of your ward, if he/she had appeared and successfully completed the board exams.   On receipt of the photocopy of the mark statement, a committee would pursue the documents and finalize the list of eligible candidates for getting the meritorious awards.  The meritorious awards (I, II & III) for this year will be distributed in the ensuing Independence Day celebrations (15th August 2013).  Please ensure submission of the mark statement by 07^th July 2013.  It is also mentioned here that your ward’s mark statements would be sent to “Town News” for consideration against Town News “Mudalvar Virudu” awards.  Hope this initiative is in the right direction and, therefore, your kind co-operation is solicited.

     இந்த ஆண்டு முதல் 10 மற்றும் 12ம் வகுப்புகளில் நல்ல மதிப்பெண் பெற்று தேர்ச்சி அடைந்த மாணவர்களை ஊக்குவிக்கும் நோக்கத்துடன் அவர்களை TNRWA சார்பாக கௌரவிக்க முடிவெடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்பதை கூறிக்கொள்வதில் நாங்கள் மிக்க மகிழ்ச்சி அடைகிறோம்.  தங்களுடைய குழந்தை இந்த ஆண்டு 10 அல்லது 12ம் வகுப்பு தேர்வில் இடம்பெற்று தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருந்தால், அதற்குரிய மதிப்பெண் சான்றிதழின் நகலை வரும் 07ம் தேதிக்குள் (07.07.2013) எங்களிடம் சமர்ப்பிக்குமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.  மாணவர்கள் பெற்ற சிறந்த மதிப்பெண்களின் தரவரிசை அடிப்படையில் (1, 2, 3) வரும் 15.08.2013 அன்று நமது நகரில் நடக்கவிருக்கும்  சுதந்திர தின விழாவில் கௌரவிக்கப்படுவார்கள்.  மேலும், உங்கள் குழந்தையின் மதிப்பெண் சான்றிதழை டவுன் நியூஸ் பத்திரிக்கையின் முதல்வர் விருதுக்கு பரிந்துரைக்கப்படும்.
